MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.


I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 1 hour of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at customercare@vcoshai.com to see if your order can still be edited or canceled.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer shipping worldwide. Please choose your shipping option at check out.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. These times can potentially be extended during holidays and launches. Following processing, the customer chooses their delivery option at checkout. Delivery time is depended on the option that the customer chooses. Please be advised that we DO NOT ship outside of business hours. Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am pst- 6pm pst.


Please be advised that shipping rates vary based on the package size. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

USPS Parcel Select Ground (5-8 Business Days)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for your shipment details to update with USPS.


HOW CAN I CONFIRM IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
After your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we have received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your store credit to be issued.


CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We DO NOT offer Refunds! We do offer returns for store credit only. You have 14 days from the date your order ships to return your item. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a V’COSHAI gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

I FORGOT TO ENTER THE PROMO CODE AT CHECKOUT. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT?
Entering promo codes at check out is the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot issue you a refund or credit. Thanks for understanding!:)

What happens If I receive the wrong item or a faulty product?
First, we would like to apologize! We understand how frustrating receiving a wrong item or faulty product can be. We will attend to your concerns immediately!We will also cover any return fees. V’COSHAI must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for return. Please send photos of the original packaging and all damages to customercare@vcoshai.com. Without photos we have the right to decline a damage request.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
Please refer to the style description for all sizing and fit information.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.


HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out.


I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?
Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.
